Kevin Krieger President

Kevin Krieger is an electrical engineer and computer programmer with extensive Project Management experience. Krieger has been developing new consumer products and software applications for over 10 years. Krieger’s versatile career started in 1989 as a Combat Systems Engineer in California with the United States Navy, for five years he operated and maintained complex electronic and computer controlled weapon systems. From 1994-1997 he was responsible for supervising staff in the repair and modification of complex computer controlled manufacturing equipment with Ranir.Dcp Corporation in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Krieger moved to Florida to work with Industrial Galvanizers Southeastern as Maintenance Supervisior, where he began to write PLC (Programmable Logic Control) software programs and develop drawings and electrical schematics for new and used equipment. Krieger attained his B.S. (Honors) in Electronics Engineering Technology in 1998 from ITT Technical Institute here in Tampa. He also achieved a MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), he became an expert in repairing and upgrading all aspects of personal computers. In addition, Krieger is a specialist in technical writing, Adobe Applications, Website Development, Maintenance Management, and Electronic and Hydraulic Equipment among others. Krieger is driven to provide excellent service by the establishment of Business Xposure, mixing his passion for computers, website design, computer programming and project management.

Steve Holub Director Public Relations

Steve Holub began his career in January 1978, as an account executive for the international public relations firm Carl Byoir and Associates. He was responsible for the firm’s economic development programs for the state of Missouri and the city of Kansas City. In October 1979, he joined the Chicago office of Hill and Knowlton, Inc., at that time the largest public relations firm in the world, as media relations manager for their national division network (all U.S. offices except New York and Washington, D.C.). In addition to coordinating the delivery of media relations services to clients, his responsibilities included new business development, recruitment, administration of the firm’s affiliate network of agencies, and marketing the firm’s crisis communications and professional services capabilities.
He moved to Tampa in June 1982, to help open Hill and Knowlton’s first office in Florida. He remained with them until he and two colleagues decided to open their own advertising and public relations firm in May 1985 as a joint venture with the well-known Mike Sloan Advertising Agency in Miami. During the next four years, the Tampa firm grew to five professionals and two part-time staff before merging with another advertising/public relations agency in 1989.
When Bethesda-based Earle Palmer Brown (EPB) made its entry into the Florida market by purchasing Ensslin and Hall, EPB recruited Holub to head its Florida public relations division. He helped build the division to a full-time staff of five persons before deciding to go on his own one year later.
In January 2001, after 10 years operating as a successful independent marketing consultant, he decided to expand by bringing on two partners. Together they formed The Xposure Group, Inc., an advertising, public relations and investor relations firm. The firm also works with a number of other strategic partners who provide research, commercial intelligence, direct mail, media buying, special events and web design services.

Alex Nechay is an experienced website and software developer who is an expert in almost all programming languages. He is currently working on his PHD in Computer Science. Alex leads our team of professional programmers and designers who have completed thousands of website projects for customers all over the world. Alex is a specialist in e-commerce systems and software development.

Randy Ariest Graphic Designer

Randy has been working as a professional Graphic designer for 6 years and always ensures that he delivers exactly what the client request within his/her budget. Randy is one of the most creative graphic designers we have ever seen and Business Xposure is lucky to have him. Randy enjoys working with clients to develop custom logos, brochures, banners, e-book covers and flash animations. Brenda Eichinger Copywriting/Editing

Brenda Eichinger has been writing for over 10 years as she attained a B.A. in Creative Writing from Eckerd College in 2005. She presently works in St. Petersburg, FL as a freelance writer for BuyOwner.com and in childcare as a teacher with R’Club. Eichinger performs musically and writes original songs as well as various freelance articles, stories, and poetry. She is excited to be a new addition to Business Xposure’s team.

Devoris Bailey Videographer

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Devoris Bailey possesses an innovative creativity for video, which he contributes to the group. Bailey moved to Tampa two years ago and is currently attaining his Degree in Digital Production at the International Academy of Design and Technology. He is experienced with such programs like Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, X Photoshop, After Effects, and DVD Studio. Bailey remains enthusiastic about Business Xposure as he utilizes his artistic vision for people through the camera.
